BUMATECH Bursa Machine Technologies Fair organized on an area of 40 thousand square-meters and at 7 halls of Tüyap Bursa International Fair and Congress Center, with the participation of 378 companies and company representatives has witnessed this year, once again, a sales record as the most important gathering of the machinery manufacturing industry. Indicating that they have achieved a sales record in 4 days at BUMATECH Bursa Machine Technologies Fair where the international Bursa Metal Processing Technologies Fair, Metal Sheet Processing Technologies Fair and Bursa Automation Fair meet under the same roof, General Manager of Tüyap Fuarlar Yapım A.Ş., İlhan Ersözlü said, "BUMATECH has become one of the strongest fairs among the machinery fairs organized within the industry. This year's fair was also held with broad participation. We witnessed the outcomes of communication studies. We organized procurement committees from several countries. We hosted 36,762 visitors from 67 countries at our fair and, in addition to the hot sales made at our fair, the orders received for the post-fair period have increased the volume of business, which amounts to hundreds of million dollars."
Bursa, the locomotive city of Turkish economy with its strong industrial production volume, brought together companies and company representatives from all corners of the world, during the giant intercontinental gathering of machinery manufacturing industry. BUMATECH Bursa Machine Technologies Fair organized by Tüyap Bursa Fuarcılık A.Ş. and Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), with the supports of the Ministry of Trade, KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization) and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, and in collaboration with the Machine Tools Industrialists and Businessmen Association of Türkiye (TIAD) and the Machine Manufacturers Association (MİB), has witnessed this year, once again, the most important gathering of the machinery manufacturing industry, as it has done for 20 years. Watched with interest by a really large mass both nationally and internationally, the fair received foreign visitors from the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. The fair that was supported with the Machinery Manufacturing & Development managed to increase the domestic demands in this sense.

Underlining that BUMATECH Fairs became the latest and the most significant gathering of the machine industry this year, as it did every year of its organization, General Manager of Tüyap Fuarlar Yapım A.Ş., İlhan Ersözlü, drew attention to the added value created by the fairs for the machinery manufacturing industry and Turkish economy. Mr. Ersözlü added, "This year's BUMATECH Fairs increased the satisfaction level of both exhibitors and visitors, in terms of promoting themselves and making hot sales. we gathered 36,762 visitors from 67 countries by the end of the 4th day. Our exhibitors achieved a splendid sales record in 4 days. We were informed that 3 out of every 4 exhibitors who participated in the fair made hot sales. We further received signals on how that wind of sales would also continue after the fair. With this commercial mobility we created in the machinery manufacturing industry, we feel the happiness of putting our signature under a successful fair, by means of which we will add value to the export balance."

Mr. Ersözlü also mentioned that the wind of sales blown by BUMATECH Fairs drew attention to the other fairs to be organized by Tüyap's Group of Machinery Fairs in 2023 and continued his words as follows: "We have already started receiving requests for the machinery fairs that we will organize in 2023 with an increased satisfaction of our visitors and exhibitors. We will start the year with the Tube & Steel and Wiretech Fairs that we will organize in İstanbul from 24 to 27 May 2023. Then, we will continue putting our signature under record sales with the fairs we will organize in İstanbul, Konya and Eskişehir provinces."
