As Akpınar Gearbox, we started our business in 2001 with the principle of Providing quality world-class solutions to our customers with the most accurate and reliable solutions , we set out to provide service and support to our valuable industrialists in the main title of motor and gearbox, which are the lifeblood of the industry. In the process that we started to produce for the high quality and special products needed by the industry, we have always turned to products with high technology and added value. In this context, we have added a product with high added value to our country and the sector with our first and only switch gear reducer manufacturing in Turkey in 2014. Respectively, worm type gearboxes used in almost all areas of the industry, lifting gearboxes designed for heavy loads, electromagnetic braking systems with our own brand AKMS and specially manufactured for Bridge Cutting and Cutting Machines used in Marble, Granite and Woodworking Sectors, have been able to produce electric motors that can be attached to Three Phase Low Center Full Protection Circular Saws, and industrial motors patented by TUBITAK and gate motors. We are constantly striving and working to do our best to produce world-class products with quality, with our colleagues, of whom we are a constantly growing family, with developing and growing sectors. In order for the products we produce in our country and international markets to be of high quality and distinctive features, we choose the machinery and equipment we use in our production park, under the latest technological conditions and from the best in their fields, and we make our investments accordingly. We are working hard to always raise our targets and standards in the industrial sector, which we are proud to be a family of.
The gear units known as the D series are helical gear reducers produced with the assurance of Akpinar Reduktor, whose input and output shafts are parallel to each other at a certain distance, and which are mounted to the machine with bolt holes on the side surfaces of the body, output flange or torque arm.
Gearboxes known as M series are helical gear reducers produced with the assurance of Akpinar Reduktor. Akpınar Reducer has developed M series gearboxes according to the single body (monoblock) principle, which provides great advantages in rigidity, impermeability, noise and gear strength. It fits perfectly with the body made of GG25 material to the high qualities we have achieved in gear tolerances with high technology. M series gearboxes have easy assembly and flexible use. The motor connection of the gearboxes can be standard coupled, IEC B5 or B14 flanged, depending on the customer s request. All models are offered in two or three stages in a single body with feet.
Worm gearboxes are the most widely used gearbox type in industrial applications. There is an angle of 900 between the input and output of the gearbox, which consists of worm screw and worm gear pair. To minimize the friction loss of the worm screw and gear; using special materials to ensure silent and vibration-free operation; we make the grinding process by hardening the worm screw.
Screw Type speed reducer is designed with a screw for the application of down and up motions, pull and sequencing. The movement provided such that no brake or lock required. The speed reducer can be used single or coupled. They can be used with electrical motors and also hydraulic pumps and also with a specific transmission shaft. The speed reducers have a wide range of usage which fulfill a lot of necessities. They have a specific non leakage solution with special synthetic oil which provides long working life.
Electromagnetic brake are generally mounted easily on the back side of a motor and is a security equipment. To ensure the performance for break force the body and linings are produced with a special material. Since the stop of the break is provided through the spring no extra energy required.
Chain unit industrial door drive systems are being manufactured in Turkey under the guarantee of Akpinar Reduktor Motor with the brand name of Brakelli. Thanks to the Switch & Encoder shaft that is coming out of the monoblock structure, the reducers are able to precisely determine the location without the need for an external sensor. With the support of chain unit integrated to the back of the square body electric motor, the ability to externally intervene the motor in the event of electric shortage is provided. The height of the chain can be determined according to the height of the door and the request of the customer.
Brakelli industrial door drive systems are being manufactured in Turkey under the guarantee of Akpınar Reduktor Motor with the brand name of Brakelli. Thanks to the Switch & Encoder shaft that is coming out of the monoblock structure, the reducers are able to precisely determine the location without the need for an external sensor. With the support of brake behind the square body electric motor, the ability to stop at the desired position and time is provided. In the event of electric shortage, by deactivating the brake with manual intervention, it enables external intervention with the motor.
