Our Fiber Laser Cutting Machines are produced using the latest technology suitable for Industry 4.0; It is unrivaled with its low energy consumption, fast cutting capacity and minimum maintenance cost. Dust collection covers are opened and closed according to the movement of the cutting head, and the dust and smoke generated during the cutting process are automatically filtered and evacuated. The dual cutting deck system is designed to increase workflow, facilitate material placement and reduce time spent removing materials. With the automatic sheet recognition feature, the angle and corner of the sheet relative to the machine are automatically calculated with the 3-point identification method on the sheet. Operator safety is kept at the highest level with light barriers and safety switches.
NC model is a multi-axis press brake with synchronized hydraulic system and 2D graphic programming unit. With the easy and functional 2D graphic control system, the parts to be bent can be drawn on the screen, and with the automatic bending stepping system, the CNC control unit calculates how the parts can be bent fastest. With the 2-dimensional blade and mold programming system, operators can easily program the tools and save them in memory. When necessary, it can see the graphics of the blades and molds from memory and add them to the twisting program. With the Twist Correction function, it is automatically recorded in the database to always obtain the same quality bends, and the operator can add these correction values to the desired bend. Part drawings prepared in 3D or DXF are automatically stepped by the CNC, the most suitable blade and mold are selected from the appropriate tools in memory, and bending simulation is performed in 3D. In this way, it is possible to produce even the most difficult parts without waiting for a long time on the machine.
Our Plasma Cutting Machines set new standards with both their body construction and the equipment used; It is produced in a design that will not cause difficulties for operators and maintainers in industrial applications. It can be designed in different sizes and additional equipment can be added according to the needs of the customer.
