Mass production in continuous operation is done by BMDO 100 XS when producing cut-off pieces of steel and non-ferrous metals with a material cross-section up to a diameter of 100 mm. BMDO 100 XS is designed to be used with TCT circular saw blade in order to cut solid bars in high speed and excellent precise. It is also suitable for HSS blades to cut tubes. With the Standard 800mm stroke servo feeding and 6 meters automatic loader, BMDO 100XS CNC is perfect for large-scale productiono cut tubes.
BMSO 570XS is designed to maximize our customers production of heavy metal, profile and pipe cuts in high-volume units with a fully automatic servo feeding and cutting system. Automatic controls and sensors maximazes performans/cost ratio and extends lifetime of blade up to 50% longer.
Our block cutting machine; It is designed with the capacity to cut square or rectangular materials with a maximum height of 800mm and a tonnage of 40000 kg into pieces in the form of slicing from length. It will be able to cut the desired length with high precision. It has the capacity to cut every piece with square and rectangular sections under its internal table strength of 40000 kg. It will have a production management system (MES) software, which automatically optimizes cutting speeds with the help of sensors from the cutting tool, monitors and reports the working data of the machine.
