Surface finishing can be defined as degreasing, rust cleaning, deburring, radiusing, polishing, and drying on all kinds of metal and non-metal (aluminum, (aluminum, copper, brass, iron, steel, stainless, bakelite, ABS, etc.) parts. Mentioned processes can be successfully applied on vibration and centrifugal surface finishing machines which are designed and produced by VIBROMAK as manufactured DOMESTICLY and NATIONALLY along with CERAMIC, PLASTIC, AND PORCELAIN deburring and polishing media which are also DOMESTICLY and NATIONALLY with CHEMICAL SURFACE FINISHING COMPOUNDS. Surface finishing machines and processes developed by VIBROMAK are successfully used in many different sectors such as defense industry, casting, machine, and machine parts manufacturing, textile parts, orthopedics, and implant parts, jewelry, aircraft, medical and surgical instruments. VKUE series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines have large screen area and allow easy separation of work pieces from the media.
VKU series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines do not have a separation screen. Generally used for big volume and delicate surfaced work pieces.
VKT series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines generally used for too long and large volume surfaced work pieces.
VKK series vibratory dryer machines can be used for drying the surface of wet finished parts. These type of machines have heaters inside of the bowl for heating corn cobs. The corn cobs are used to achive spotless and polished surface of the parts.
VKDT series machines can be used for surface finishing of small volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines finishing process are more faster and effective than the vibratory machines finishing process.
VKJ series machines can be used for surface finishing of new or used automotive and motor bike wheels of up to 24 diameter.
VKYE series machines can be used for separate the work pieces from the media. These machines genarally use with VKU , VKO and VKS type machine.
VKS series machines can be used for surface finishing of small volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. For these type of machines ; finishing process are faster and more effective than the vibratory machines finishing process.
VKSK series machines can be used for drying process with hot air of small volume wet metal and nonmetal work pieces. VKYA series machines can be used for degreasing process of metal and nonmetal sawdust.
