As Vibromak Surface Treatment Technologies, we produce 73 different types of vibration and centrifugal surface treatment machines thanks to our 30 years of experience. We also manufacture the ceramic, plastic, porcelain media, and chemical compunds used in these machines, exporting to 44 countries, primarily in Europe and North America. We would like to especially highlight that we are the only domestic manufacturer of ceramic and porcelain abrasive and polishing medias in Turkiye. We are the only local manufacturer in Turkiye producing both surface finishing machines, medias and chemical compunds entirely in-house with our own design, makes a significant contribution to our industry in terms of product variety, custom-sized media production.
VKUE series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines have large screen area and allow easy separation of work pieces from the media.
VKU series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines do not have a separation screen. Generally used for big volume and delicate surfaced work pieces.
VKT / VKTO series machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines generally used for too long and large volume surfaced work pieces.
VKS series machines can be used for surface finishing of small volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. For these type of machines ; finishing process are faster and more effective than the vibratory machines finishing process.
VKDT series machines can be used for surface finishing of small volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. These type of machines finishing process are more faster and effective than the vibratory machines finishing process.
VKK series vibratory dryer machines can be used for drying the surface of wet finished parts. These type of machines have heaters inside of the bowl for heating corn cobs. The corn cobs are used to achive spotless and polished surface of the parts.
VKSK series machines can be used for drying process with hot air of small volume wet metal and nonmetal work pieces. VKYA series machines can be used for degreasing process of metal and nonmetal sawdust.
VKYE series machines can be used for separate the work pieces from the media. These machines genarally use with VKU , VKO and VKS type machine. VKBC series machine can be used for transfer the work pieces .These machines can be produced in different sizes on customer request.
VKMK units are combined machine systems that enable many surface treatment processes to be carried out in a machine group under PLC control. These units have been developed especially for the ammunition industry and are customized in line with process needs.
